Evidence 2: Expensive HDB flat
HDB flats are expensive due to demand and
supply.
The evidence is:
The newly weds, new citizens, and PRs, great influx of foreigners, needed houses for them to stay. HDB didn't build enough new flats therefore the prices of HDB flats are expensive
